What We Stand For: Political Platform

We stand for a striving economy...

With a mixed economy, you, the citizens will be independent in your choices, and have the freedom to choose what you want done in the economy. We, the government, will also be able to support our own choices based on what has been proven to enhance quality of life for the society. Taxes will be reduced, paid through income tax, sales tax, and GST.

We stand for equality within the community...

As it is stated in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, we hope to integrate and follow our equality values. Citizens should have the right to have a say in how the government runs. Not only does there need to be equality of age, race, gender, et-cetera, but there also needs to be equality between the citizens and the government, with each individual thought being recognized.

We stand for social freedom...

By eliminating unnecessary social programs, citizens like you will have more social freedom. You will have more choice and responsibility in what happens in your society, to ensure that you are living the life that suits your needs. Basic social programs will be kept in the system, and we will add more if you so desire. Remember this – the less you have, the more wealth we have as a nation.

We stand for saving and restoring the environment around us...

The Earth is where we live, and we want to keep it in good shape for ourselves, as well as the generations building a life after us. We also want to make sure that all of our resources are attainable and sustainable.

We stand for recognition of our youth...

We want to keep up with and focus on the youth in our society. We believe that they are an important part to our society, as they will grow up to be the new generation. Ensuring that our youth will have the opportunity to learn and grow will enhance the quality of life for all citizens. All we need to do is make sure that they have the support that they need.

We stand for global connections...

We want to be an accepting community and a diverse nation. This means accepting people who may need help, or wish to come over to Canada. Interactions with others will also benefit us by expanding our worldview to new ideas and trade options, as well as how we are going to spend money.

We stand for true democracy...

Decisions will be made for YOU, the citizens rather than for US, the government. None of our actions will be shielded, or be a secret from the society. We will ensure that decision making is a group effort.

We stand for fiscal responsibility...

Taking responsibility of the resources that we have and not just wasting them on things that the country won’t strive with. Careful consideration will be taken when determining where YOUR money goes.

We stand for a secure nation...

Even though we are a country that values peace, a strong military is key in keeping a strong and secure nation. Our brave peacekeepers are valuable to us as The Genies, and we wish to keep a brave national identity.

We stand for outstanding education...

Great education is the basis for a healthy and productive society. We wish to enhance and increase levels of education throughout our country in order to continue making scientific breakthroughs for the benefit of mankind.
